Pampanga Pottery and Agritourism Park

Pottery, Culture, and Farm Adventures in Sto. Tomas, Pampanga

Discover the History of Pampanga Pottery

Welcome to Pampanga Pottery and Agritourism Park, a cultural and eco-tourism destination in Sto. Tomas, Pampanga, famously known as the Pottery Capital of the Philippines. For centuries, Kapampangan pottery has shaped everyday life, with hand-molded earthenware pots dating back to the pre-colonial 13th century. But by the late 2010s, this cherished tradition was fading.

In 2020, local entrepreneur Precious Quiambao-Garcia, who inherited her family’s pottery legacy, established Pampanga Pottery with a mission to preserve Filipino craftsmanship and empower local artisans. What began as a simple backyard studio has grown into a thriving agritourism park, celebrating pottery as both heritage and art.

During the pandemic, interest in gardening boosted demand for high-quality terracotta pots, helping the business flourish. Today, Pampanga Pottery stands as a top family-friendly destination in Pampanga, promoting culture, sustainability, and education through clay.

Our Craft: Traditional Earthenware Pottery in the Philippines

At the heart of the park is a working pottery factory and studio, where skilled Kapampangan potters transform local clay into handcrafted terracotta pots, plates, vases, and more. Each piece is shaped using age-old techniques passed down through generations—kneading, wheel throwing, hand-molding, and kiln firing.

Visitors can witness this craftsmanship in action or join in through guided sessions. Pampanga Pottery proudly uses eco-friendly materials—locally sourced clay and non-toxic finishes—making our products ideal for indoor plants, garden pots, and sustainable home décor.

Our team of experienced artisans and instructors ensures that every item is both functional and artistic. Whether it’s a traditional pasô (clay pot) or an intricately sculpted décor piece, each creation tells a story of skill, heritage, and heart.
