How to Claim Your Pottery
Thank you for creating with us! Here’s how you can claim your finished pottery piece:
Check the Processing Time Pottery takes 2–4 weeks to dry, fire and pack. Please allow this time for proper completion. 
View the Status Sheet You may check the status of your pottery through our Pottery Tracker (link on our website). Just search your name or date of visit.
Claiming Options
 Pick-Up: Once your pottery is ready, visit Pampanga Pottery during our open hours. Kindly show a screenshot or mention your name and date of visit.
Delivery: We offer delivery via courier. Shipping fees apply. Just message us to arrange this once your pottery appears as “Ready for Delivery”.
Unclaimed Pottery We can only keep unclaimed pottery for up to 60 days after it's marked as ready. After that, we donate or recycle them to minimize waste.

This is the beauty and mystery of pottery a blend of science, heat, timing, and the artist’s hand. No two pieces are ever the same.
